I translated this insight into a mockup that allowed users to directly compare profile stats, including win/loss records, prediction accuracy, and coin earnings. I shared the mockup with our community via Discord. Users expressed enthusiasm about having a structured way to compete and track progress against others. This early positive signal gave me confidence to present the concept more formally to the broader team

In that presentation, I framed the feature around: monetization. Profile comparisons would surface subtle nudges to subscribe—by highlighting the advantages elite users had, we could motivate others to upgrade.

After launch, users who encountered the new profile stat feature and were shown the "Unlock Your Full Potential" prompt converted at a 7% higher first-time sign-up rate compared to users in the control group—turning a simple insight into a measurable growth lever.
